How to Login?

All Providence members can access our directory either via an app or online. We recommend using the app on your phone, since it has more functionality. Please follow the directions below to access the directory.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Question: Who are able to access my information in the directory?
    Answer: In order to access the directory, a person must have an account to log into the directory service. No one is able to create an account unless their information (especially email address) is already in the directory. This can only be done by the directory administrator.
  • Question: I am attempting to login, but my email address is not recognized. What should I do?
    Answer: The email address you use must be the one that has been listed in the Providence Directory. If you are using a different one (or it is misspelled in the system) you will not be able to login. Please email the directory administrator, describe the problem, and provide the email address that will not work.
  • Question: Can I get a paper copy of the directory?
    Answer: Yes. Please email the directory administrator to let them know you’d like a paper copy, and she will get a copy to you. Please understand that we are only able to provide a paper copy for people who are listed in the directory.
  • Question: How can I have my information listed in the Providence Directory?
    Answer: People and families who become members of Providence Church are automatically listed in the directory. We also add many who may be in regular attendance but not in membership.
  • Question: Will everyone who looks at my contact information be able to see how old I am?
    Answer: No, only birth dates are visible in the directory, and they do not list the year you were born.
  • Question: Can I update the picture of my family in the Providence Directory?
    Answer: Yes, you can easily update your profile picture yourself, and can feel free to update it as often as you’d like. Please select a picture in which you or your family fills most of the frame, and avoid low resolution pictures. Any changes you make may take a short time to appear, since they go to our administrator for review.
  • Question: My contact information has changed. Can I make updates to that information in the directory?
    Answer: Yes, you should be able to update the information yourself in the directory, and once you submit it the directory administrator will be notified to approve the update.
